Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prosper Path Co. website and provide general information about our services, enrollment, billing, cancellation, and consumer responsibilities.
Effective July 12, 2026These website terms do not replace your written Credit Repair Service Agreement, Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure, Notice of Cancellation, or other enrollment documents. If you enroll in services, your signed agreement will govern the specific services, fees, payment schedule, service period, cancellation rights, and responsibilities connected to your account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, or interacting with Prosper Path Co., you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase services.
2. General Website Information
The information available on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, lending, investment, or financial-planning advice.
Visiting the website, reviewing pricing, or submitting a contact form does not automatically create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only after all required agreements, disclosures, identity-verification steps, and enrollment requirements have been completed.
3. Services
Prosper Path Co. may provide services including credit education, credit-report review, dispute assistance, strategy development, progress support, account communication, and related services described in the client’s written agreement.
Services may be delivered through DisputeFox, a secure client portal, credit-monitoring providers, electronic-signature platforms, or other approved third-party systems.
Prosper Path Co. does not create new credit identities, issue credit privacy numbers, encourage false statements, or promise the removal of accurate and current information.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Every credit profile is unique. Prosper Path Co. does not guarantee a specific credit score increase, deletion, loan approval, interest rate, financing offer, service timeline, or other financial result.
Results may depend on factors outside the company’s control, including the information appearing on the credit report, responses from consumer reporting agencies and data furnishers, documentation, client participation, payment history, new account activity, debt balances, and other financial behavior.
5. Consumer Rights Under CROA
Consumers who enter into a contract with a credit repair organization have rights under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act.
Right to cancel: A consumer may cancel a credit repair service agreement without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the agreement is signed.
Enrollment documents should include a separate Notice of Cancellation explaining how to exercise this right. Nothing contained on this website is intended to waive, limit, replace, or interfere with any right provided by federal or state law.
6. Pricing, Payments, and Billing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to confirmation in the written Credit Repair Service Agreement. The agreement will identify the selected service, applicable fees, payment timing, service period, and any recurring billing terms.
Prosper Path Co. will not knowingly collect payment for credit repair services before collection is permitted under applicable federal and state law.
Payments and enrollment may be processed through DisputeFox or another authorized provider. Clients are responsible for reviewing the payment terms presented during enrollment before authorizing a transaction.
For recurring plans, the written service agreement and payment authorization will explain the billing frequency, renewal terms, and method for stopping future authorized charges.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Three-business-day cancellation right
A client may cancel the Credit Repair Service Agreement without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing the agreement.
Instructions for exercising this right will be provided in the enrollment documents and Notice of Cancellation.
Cancellation after the federal cancellation period
After the three-business-day period expires, clients may request cancellation through the client portal, by email, or by telephone. The request will be handled according to the signed service agreement and applicable law.
Cancellation will stop future services and future authorized billing as described in the client’s agreement. A cancellation request does not automatically reverse fees lawfully earned for services already completed.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the services completed, the client’s signed agreement, the timing of the cancellation, and applicable federal and state law.
Fees lawfully earned for completed services are generally non-refundable unless the written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise. Prosper Path Co. will not retain payment for services that were not performed when retaining that payment would violate applicable law.
To request cancellation: Contact Prosper Path Co. through the client portal, email info@prosperpathcompany.com, or call +1 (214) 431-5453.
